FAQ — Berserk Lifts

How does the free custom design actually work?

Our free custom design service allows you to send us your ideas—whether it’s reference images, specific anime or manga characters, or a general theme. Our designers will put together a custom layout for your belt. If the design features widely appealing themes (like popular anime) that we can add to our catalog and sell again, the design service is completely free. You only pay the base price of the belt. Note: Under the free tier, you do not own the exclusive rights to the design.

We want you to love your belt. You are allowed up to 3 free revisions to tweak the draft. We can accommodate more if needed, but we ask that you try to submit a clear, final idea from the start. Completely changing the core concept after the first draft requires our artists to start over with new background removals and layouts, which slows down your order.

You will typically see your first design proof within 3 days. This can fluctuate slightly depending on how many custom orders are in our current queue.

This depends on the type of custom order you request:

  • Standard Custom (Free Design): If the design features pop culture or general themes, we reserve the right to resell it in our shop.
  • Exclusive Custom (Paid Design): If you want a design strictly for yourself that nobody else will ever have, you can pay an exclusive design fee. We will never recreate or sell that design again.
  • Personal Custom (Paid Design): If you submit highly personal images, like a picture of your pet or a personal logo, we obviously will not sell it to anyone else. However, because our artists still need to perform manual work like background removals and layout adjustments, a small design fee (usually around $10) will apply.

We do not use AI generation to create our designs. We work with talented human graphic artists to craft high-quality collages and layouts using your reference material. However, if you have generated an AI image yourself and simply want us to print it on a belt, we are more than happy to do that for you!

How long does production take?

Because each belt is printed directly as needed, custom orders take about 1 to 2 weeks to be fully produced and pass quality checks before they are ready to ship.

Once production is complete, orders ship directly from our printing facility.

  • USA & Canada: Approximately 2 weeks.
  • Europe & Asia: Approximately 2 weeks.
  • South America: Approximately 3 to 4 weeks. (Please note: South American customs strictly require a tax ID number for import).

We offer FREE shipping worldwide, and the cost is built right into the price of the belt. The only exception is South America, which carries a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 USD.

Buyers are responsible for any local customs taxes or import duties. We do our best to optimize our shipping methods so you avoid these fees, but some countries have very strict customs policies. Berserk Lifts is not responsible for these external government charges, nor are we responsible for return shipping costs if a package is rejected or an incorrect address is provided.

What is the print quality like?

We use a high-quality, direct-to-material printing method. The ink is embedded securely, meaning your design will not scratch, peel, or smudge, even during your heaviest, grittiest lifts.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on standard catalog belts as long as they are returned in unused, sellable condition.
Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on Custom Orders (Exclusive or Personal designs) since those are one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold.

If your belt has a verifiable manufacturing defect, you are fully covered. Send us photos of the issue, and we will replace the defective item completely free of charge.

If the belt sustains unreasonable damage at any time, you can message us and we will work on fixing or replacing the belt. Note this does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.
